Symity were asked to provide audio-visual systems as part of a modern, high-spec. office fit-out project, at the client’s head office in London. The client needed easy-to-use video conference systems in meeting spaces, panels to show room availability to staff, and signage/local presentation at an internal IT support bar.
Symity installed high-quality Yealink Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) solutions, paired with professional Sony displays, into meeting rooms of varying size, and flexible office spaces throughout the office.
Each meeting space was equipped with the Yealink Teams room booking panel to allow staff to view room availability, providing visibility for upcoming meetings and ad-hoc meeting room booking.
The flexible office space were also equipped with an MTR content camera, enabling the room whiteboard to be brought into the MTR video conference call for far-end participants.
The IT bar included a client signage display, with a wireless presentation system for users to easily show content from laptops for demo purposes.
A high-quality and consistent MTR video conference experience for users across the office space, ensuring that every meeting room had the same meeting experience for all staff, regardless of the meeting room size.
Whether in a small 4-person meeting/huddle room, or a large divisible boardroom, the same familiar MTR room control panel is used to drive the meeting, ensuring confidence in staff using the systems.
