Stephen Wade from Department for Works & Pensions (DWP) and Lesley Crook (MVP) will share an audacious Microsoft Teams story on behalf of a joint project team to over 114,000 employees, embedding a unique top-down/up-skilling change programme with leader-led training in Live Events, and with a unique pioneering Teams Champions programme using Teams Meetings. This project successfully reached all staff covering Job Centres right across the UK in just 5 months during the pandemic. They have a massive bag of free tips and tricks to give away on adopting Teams to share with you.
