Owning the divide : A practical day hybrid working

Today is a day back in the office (I’m working a few days on-site a week, and will be meeting 3 colleagues for a workshop today), but times have changed and not only do I have to negotiate getting safely in, work and get home, but I have to continue to work as effectively with colleagues who are working both in an office and remotely today too.
